Oracle Apex Developer (Freelancer)

I am looking for an Oracle Apex Developer who is experienced in Oracle Apex 19.2 version. The main goal of this project is to develop a new application and enhance an existing application. We also need assistance in troubleshooting and fixing errors in our current application. The project needs to be completed within 1 month, so we are looking for someone who is available to start working from Monday.
