Oracle Apex - Autonomous Databases

i have a apex app and is reporting sometimes '503 Service Unavailable' with the message
'The database service |ocid1.autonomousdatabase.oc1.sa-saopaulo-1.antxeljr4thsnk[...]x53aif35q|re| does not exist'
Think that is something with ords
But exists. What havens is that my Autonomous Databases is always stopping by itself. I always have to keep starting it.
