Oracle APEX-Fusion Finance Integration App

I'm seeking a small pre-built Oracle APEX app that integrates with the Oracle Fusion's Finance module. This app should allow for transaction processing and be capable of handling invoice details.
Key Features:
- Already defined and working with one or two Oracle Fusion RESTful APIs
- Handles transaction processing within the Finance module
- Incorporates invoice details during transaction processing
What I Need:
I will modify the predefined API parameters, conduct tests, and finalize payment upon satisfactory performance. The integration should be simple, straightforward, and not require the use of OIC.
Ideal Skills:
- Strong experience with Oracle APEX
- Proficiency in working with Oracle Fusion, specifically the Finance module
- Previous experience developing or providing similar small Oracle APEX apps
- Understanding of RESTful APIs
