Oracle APEX Developer Needed: Forms Modernization

I'm seeking a seasoned Oracle APEX developer and administrator with extensive experience in re-writing Oracle Forms in APEX. The primary objective is to modernize the user interface which includes:

- Layout and Design: The current layout and design of the Oracle Forms is outdated. We need a fresh, modern look that aligns with contemporary UI standards.
- User Navigation: The usability and navigational aspects of the current forms need significant enhancement to improve user experience.
- Interactive Elements: We want to incorporate modern interactive components, making the application more engaging for the users.

It is crucial that all data entry fields, validation rules, reports and dashboards from the current Oracle Forms are retained in the new APEX application. The ideal candidate should have a keen eye for design as well as strong technical skills in Oracle APEX. Experience with UI/UX design and Oracle Forms is a must.
