Oracle Fusion OTBI Navigation Filter Fix

We are facing an issue in OTBI with navigation links between two analyses based on a custom subject area.
The first analysis (Main Report) contains a column called PERIOD, which is used to create an Action Link that navigates to another analysis (Pre_approved_Overtime_Summary_DM).
The target analysis has the same column PERIOD and its filter is set as “is prompted”.
When we click on a period value in the Main Report, the navigation opens the target analysis successfully, but the filter is not applied — it shows all data instead of filtering by the selected period.
However, when we create a copy of the target analysis and use the same Action Link, the filtering works correctly.
That means the navigation and parameters are configured correctly, but the original analysis is ignoring the parameter passed through the Action Link.
It looks like a caching or prompt-context issue in OTBI when navigating to an existing report with saved filter states.
