OTBI Income statement with 4 BU and drill down to the transaction level. Need P/L by business unit (4 BU) and full company.

I am looking for a freelancer to design and develop an OTBI Income statement with 4 Business Units (BU) that will allow me to drill down to the transaction level. We are currently installing Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP/SCM/SCE. Columns are 2 years monthly side by side with a total by year as column and after the total of year two a Quarterly summary of both years. We are a manufacturing and comercialization company. The project should create a Profit & Loss (P/L) statement for each of the 4 BU and for the full company. In terms of format, I will provide that, so all I need from the freelancer is the development and design elements. I will provide all necessary data, so there is no need for assistance in collection or interpretation of the data. As far as deadlines, I am flexible on that front, and open to suggestions for a timeline from the freelancer.
