Netsuite - Adding Back Order QTY to packing slip
Budget: $250 – $750 NZD
When we print our Picking Ticket, the QTY of items that cannot be fulfilled are shown as being on Back order.
However when we print the packing slip to send with the goods, the remaining QTY that could not be fulfilled (because we are out of stock) does not print on our packing slip. We need this QTY showing on the packing slip to advise the customer that the remaining QTY they ordered is still coming, but is on Back Order.
The attached screenshot shows the advanced PDF and the field we need has been highlighted - but it is not working and no figure populates in this field.
