Oracle NetSuite Report & Enhancement Project

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Oracle NetSuite functional/technical consultant to support our finance team in building reports, custom forms, listings, and system enhancements. The scope of work includes developing financial reports, creating custom records, and performing integrations between NetSuite and other systems (Salesforce & TX system).

The deliverables are as follows:

1. Report Development

Cashflow Report

Cash In Projection Report

Cash Out Projection Report

BAST Progress per Department Report

Reconciliation Beginning Balance 2024

TB, PL & BS balancing check and fix (ensure financial reports are aligned and balanced)

2. Listing & Monitoring

Aging Cash Advance (Trandate vs Current Date) Listing

3. Form Development

Cash Advance Form (Printable version)

4. Enhancements & Integration

Adjustment for “Amount Before Tax” calculations

Adjustment for attachment integration from Salesforce (SF) to NetSuite

Create Custom Record for data integration from TX system to NetSuite

Requirements:

Proven experience working with Oracle NetSuite (Reports, Saved Searches, Custom Records, SuiteScript is a plus)

Strong understanding of financial modules and reporting structures

Experience with system integration (Salesforce & external data sources)

Ability to work independently and deliver within agreed timelines

Good communication in English (written and verbal)

Project Details:

Project Type: One-time project

Estimated Duration: 3–5 weeks

Work Mode: Remote

Deliverables: Working reports, forms, and enhancements deployed in our NetSuite sandbox and production environment after UAT.

Budget: To be discussed based on experience and proposal.
