Need help to connect oracle database using ssh credentials in visual studio 2019

Trying to develop a dot net web application to access a remote oracle DB on a AWS server configured with SSH. Its a corporate machine so VPN is connected and as of now using Oracle SQL deveoper tool (ssh configured) to connect to DB and access but trying to do the same with dot net code and failing on it..

Need help to connect to this Oracle DB with SSH
