I'm in need of an expert who can set up and configure a MySQL database with Oracle APEX. The main purpose of this setup is to manage and retrieve product inventory and sales transaction data.
Key tasks include:
- Designing the database to efficiently handle product inventory and sales transactions. This involves creating an Entity-Relationship Diagram (ERD), and writing Database Definition Language (DDL) and Manipulation Language (DML) statements.
- Configuring the Oracle APEX environment to interact with the MySQL database and ensure smooth data retrieval and management.
- Ensuring the system is secure, ensuring no unauthorized access to the database.
- Providing a high-level overview of the system's architecture and functionality.
Skills and experience required:
- Strong expertise in MySQL database setup, management, and optimization.
- Proficiency in designing ERDs and writing DDL and DML statements.
- Extensive experience in configuring Oracle APEX for web-based applications.
- Familiarity with product inventory and sales transaction systems is a plus.
