1.Core/Mandatory skills
Experience of Oracle 11g /12c/18c/19c administration
Oracle Data Guard implementation experience
Experience on Database Migration, Installation, Upgrades and Patching.
Drive performance tuning, monitoring the performance.
Database backup ,recovery scenarios , identifying and fixing database corruption.
2. Desired skills
1. Perform installation, configuration, up gradation of database ( MS SQL Server, Any Open Source Database)
Demonstrable experience of managing high-performance, high-capacity databases in a critical production environment.
Solid Oracle 11g R2 , 12C , 18C and 19C RAC experience including build, general administration, troubleshooting (Break/Fix) and performance tuning skills
Experience in Clusterware (GRID Infrastructure) - CRS management and configuration
Skilled in Oracle ASM and Dataguard administration
Expertise in MS SQL 2012 & Above & Database Level performance tuning skills
Expertise in backup and recovery and migration using RMAN, datapump and export/import.
Exposure on Patch management in both Single instance and RAC environment.
Experience in Oracle Exadata, Golden Gate replication a plus
Experience on Windows OS including strong shell scripting skills.
Willingness to work in 24*7 Global support model.
Aid development teams for analyzing issues.
Excellent troubleshooting, diagnostic & analytical skills.
Excellent communication & coordination skills is required.
Strong initiative and sense of ownership.

Implement, configure, and troubleshoot database instances, replication, backup, partitions, storage, and access.
Set user privileges within the database environment.
Monitor and optimize system performance using index tuning, disk optimization, and other methods.
Install, configure, troubleshoot, and maintain a database system
Proficient in Oracle 11g and Oracle 19C administration
Oracle Data Guard implementation experience.
Troubleshooting of data guard failures and DR-related problem etc.
Formulating Backup and Recovery strategies.
Database upgrades/migrations.
Database recoveries and identifying and fixing database corruption.
Designing database for High Availability.
Administering Basic and Advanced replication
