Integrate CSV Files into Oracle Database

I am looking for a freelancer to help me integrate three CSV files into an Oracle database. The CSV files contain data about customers, orders, and products. The freelancer will need to create a database schema, import the CSV files into the database, and create views and stored procedures to simplify the queries that I need to run against the data in the database.
