Oracle CX Business Analyst/Test Automation Engineer:
• 5+ years’ experience with Oracle Engagement Cloud and/or CRM applications
• Conduct and mange QA testing work and related support; more of a functional role which can understand the sales and service foundational areas of CRM
•Able to conduct manual testing activities, understand Webservices, Integrations, etc.
•Limited, if any, technical configuration activity
•Automated testing experience to assist with Oracle quarterly upgrades
•40-hour work weeks, tied to an ET time zone workday
