Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled SAP SuccessFactors Consultant with at least 5 years of experience to join our team on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience across multiple SuccessFactors modules and be capable of driving configuration, integration, and support tasks independently.
Key Responsibilities:
Configure and support SAP SuccessFactors modules (e.g., Employee Central, LMS, Recruitment, Performance & Goals).
Work with business stakeholders to understand and analyze HR processes.
Handle day-to-day support, issue resolution, and minor enhancements.
Coordinate with the technical team for integrations and reports.
Ensure system changes are documented and comply with quality standards.
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors.
Expertise in at least 2 modules (Employee Central is a must).
Knowledge of HR processes and workflows.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
SAP SuccessFactors certification (any module)
Experience with SuccessFactors integrations using SAP CPI or Dell Boomi
Previous remote or part-time project experience
