GS1 Datamatrix Parsing App

I need someone to prepare an excel sheet or anything else that I can use to separate columns from GS1 DM code.
For example scan code (01)12345678912345(17)260501(10)GS234(21)00000000NMKV5
APPLICATION IDENTIFIER
01 for GTIN
17 for Expiration Date
21 for Serial Number
10 for Batch number

I need the columns arranged as following GTIN|Serial Number|Batch Number|Expiration Date
