DBA support for Bank Treasury ALM system

We are looking for DBA who can help us and guide us to activities relating to our DB. This would entail review of DB, suggestions to improvement and building Tables that are required. We would also like to have a DATA Dictionary and other documentation.
Experience in the Banking field is Mandatory with experience of providing DBA support to Treasury ALM systems preferred.
