Cypress.io with Oracle DB

I am working on a project to automate Oracle APEX forms. It is web based forms. I want to create my test data in Oracle DB. The test scripts will be written in Cypress.io and I want to call my test data from Oracle DB and also write into DB. Basically, read & write data through cypress.io.

Another thing, I want to create central repository for my web element. Since cypress only allow CSS selector I want to create separate folder for all web elements and used them throughout the project.
