Build me an employee system management

I need your help to develop employee system management using Spring Boot that has this features:
1. Able to authenticate using LDAP ( Windows server/ Active Directory)
2. Basic CRUD and integrate with SAP and Oracle Database
3. Able to retrieve data from Magna attendance / finger print machine and edit data
4. System can integrate data from/with other system or oracle database
