Build an Oracle APEX relational database to track orders, inventory, and employee activity

Our small company needs a web-based relational database to track orders, inventory, invoicing, and employee activity. We need the capacity for 500k tuples across 10 tables, 75 users fitting into 9 different user roles, automated report emailing, and the ability to allow multiple users to view and edit data remotely in real time. Detailed requirements, database structure, and required fields/data type available.
