Azure Cloud Migration Expert Needed

Introduction
The objective of this project is to migrate critical infrastructure and services from on-premises environments across three sites to Microsoft Azure. This includes SAP, Oracle databases, Microsoft Intune, Print servers, and Web servers. Each site currently has its own Active Directory (AD) with mutual trust relationships, and all are synchronized with Azure AD. This migration aims to improve scalability, reliability, and security while reducing the overall operational costs.
Project Scope
Infrastructure Assessment and Planning
Assess the current infrastructure at all three sites.
Develop a detailed migration plan including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management.
Ensure all AD forests are correctly synchronized with Azure AD.
Migration of Services
SAP: Migrate the SAP application and its database to Azure.
Oracle Databases: Transfer Oracle databases to Azure Database for Oracle or migrate them to Azure SQL Database.
Microsoft Intune: Transition Intune configurations and policies to Azure.
Print Servers: Move print server services to Azure or implement Azure Universal Print.
Web Servers: Migrate web servers to Azure App Service or Azure Virtual Machines (VMs).
AD Integration
Maintain mutual trust relationships between the three on-premises ADs during and after the migration.
Ensure continuous synchronization with Azure AD.
Validation and Testing
Conduct thorough testing post-migration to ensure all services are functioning correctly.
Validate performance and security post-migration.
Documentation and Training
Provide detailed documentation of the new Azure environment and configurations.
Conduct training sessions for IT staff on managing the new Azure infrastructure.
