ADO access to Oracle from Visual Basic 6.0

I have an old project with a lot of code that works with a SQL Server database. I have to take some data from Oracle and I have to continue with Visual Basic 6.0. Since it is a very old tool I am having problems downloading and configuring an Oracle client and then connecting to the database. I just need some technical assistance from someone who knows Oracle <-> Visual Basic 6.0 SP6
