Primavera Shutdown Planner

I'm seeking an experienced Primavera Shutdown Planner to assist with pre-shutdown activities and maintenance planning. The key elements of this project will revolve around task sequencing, timeline creation, and effective coordination with contractors and suppliers.

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in Primavera software
- Extensive experience in project scheduling and shutdown planning
- Strong skills in resource allocation and risk analysis
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities
- Prior experience in planning procurement, material preparation, and workforce for shutdowns
- Knowledge and experience with safety procedures and documentation


Scope of work:
1. Activity planning before shutdown/ major maintenance job start.
2. Scheduling of actual progress status during shutdown period.
3. Reporting in various formats and S-curve preparation.
4. Resource and budget allocation planning.
5. Critical path analysis.
6. Delay analysis.

Duration: 30 - 45 days
Travel & Accommodation : Will be provided
Food : Canteen is available.
Refinery Location: Assam
Skills: Shutdown project experience, Primavera software knowledge is a must.
