Oracle P6 EPPM Implementation Arabic Consultant
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I am rolling out Oracle Primavera P6 EPPM for an engineering-construction client and need a seasoned consultant who can take the implementation from discovery through go-live entirely in Arabic.
First, you will lead on-site discovery sessions with project managers, planners, and cost-control engineers, capturing their current workflows and KPIs, then translate them into a fit-for-purpose P6 design.
Next comes the build: install and configure the full P6 EPPM stack, establish EPS/WBS structures, global calendars, resource pools, security profiles, and cost accounts, and verify that everything performs smoothly on the client’s infrastructure.
Comprehensive bilingual (Arabic/English) documentation is essential. I expect a clear admin guide, user manual, configuration records, and troubleshooting references that let the in-house IT team maintain the system long-term.
Training is critical. My staff already understand the basics; they need advanced techniques and customization with an emphasis on cost control—earned-value management, cash-flow curves, baselines, and tailored dashboards. Plan for instructor-led classes, live demos, and recorded sessions so they can revisit the material later.
Deliverables:
• Fully functional Oracle P6 EPPM instance that passes user-acceptance testing
• Complete documentation pack (admin guide, user guide, training deck) in Arabic and English
• Two days of advanced, cost-control–focused training plus follow-up Q&A support
