OBIEE 12c Server Issues
1. Scheduler Services Not working consistently. EM shows services are UP but not able to create agents error "Unable to Communicate with BI Cluster Controller"
2. Presentation Services Not working consistently. EM shows services are UP but not able to create reports. No Subject Areas available. No errors in log.
Both issues occurs independently, restart of BI services will fix the problem temporarily.
