The scope covers the review, enhancement, and functional support of the following Oracle Fusion modules:

General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, VAT, and Financial Reporting.
Procurement
Supplier registration, purchase requisitions, approvals, purchase orders, receiving, and integration with Finance.
HCM
Employee management, payroll, time & attendance integration, benefits, and approvals.
LMS
Employee training, course enrollment, certification tracking, and integration with HR records.
CRM
Customer onboarding, case management, communication tracking, and integration with billing.
Support
Continuous functional assistance, incident management, and process optimization
