1. generate mycommand.bat by blob
2. download mycommand.bat
3. directory can be dynamically change, so that you can not use direcotry
4. i show you mycommand.bat
5. you see when user download mycommand.bat , they just need download the mycommand.dat
6. mycommand.dat can be generate from here
