Oracle Apex Data Visualization Dashboard

I need an Oracle Apex dashboard primarily for data visualization and reporting. The dashboard will be used to track/log project tasks, visualize inventory data and reporting.

Requirements:
- Create a user-friendly, interactive dashboard
- Integrate project task tracking functionalities
- Ensure data accuracy and real-time updates
- Add hover over tooltips for columns
- Enable manual color-coding per role
- Enable automatic color-coding per role (any fields updated by a certain category of users to be automatically emphasized)
- Create custom views of the interactive dashboard and make them accessible to all users
- Create links that run a query in other platforms
- Visualize inventory data reports with charts and graphs
- Teach the setup and administration of this dashboard
