Oracle APEX Developer Needed

I'm looking for an experienced Oracle APEX developer to create various forms and pages for my project. The forms will include:

- Data entry forms
- Report forms
- Interactive forms

Each form will require:

- Validation rules
- Dynamic actions
- Custom layouts

Additionally, you will need to integrate these forms with multiple data sources, including:

- Oracle databases
- External databases
- CSV/Excel files

Ideal skills and experience:

- Proficiency in Oracle APEX
- Strong understanding of Oracle databases and SQL
- Experience with external database integration
- Expertise in form validation, dynamic actions, and custom layouts
- Ability to work with CSV/Excel data
