Apex Oracle Application Development with SQL

I am looking for a seasoned Oracle Apex developer with a knack for artistic flair to develop a unique user interface for our new application.
Specifically, your role will revolve around:
• Leveraging SQL to create an aesthetically pleasing, functional user interface that aligns with Oracle APEX principles.
• Leveraging your design prowess to develop an artistic, visually-engaging user interface.
Your competencies should include:
• Proven proficiency in Oracle APEX and SQL
• A portfolio showcasing previous user interface designs, ideally within the Oracle APEX framework
• A keen eye for artistic, visually pleasing design aesthetics
• Superb problem-solving abilities while working within design constraints.
Prior experience developing similar user interfaces in an Oracle APEX environment is preferred.
