Use chromaticity boundary info and calc coordinates for a CIE diagram

I am looking for someone who can use chromaticity boundary information and calculate the 4 co-ordinates to plot on a CIE diagram.
For example the colour Blue has the following points:
Green boundry (y=1.141x-.037)
White boundary (y=0.400-x)
Purple boundary (x=0.134+0.590y)
There are 5 colours that need co-ordinates.
I have a set of co-ordinates provided to me and I want to cross check they are right.
I need you to provide the calculation method/workings of how you arrived at that set of co-ordinates.
