I need help designing an optical projector that reduces an image and projects it on a target at a size reduced by a factor ranging from 0.1 to 0.02 times the original image.

Starting with an image on a film negative, I need to project that image onto a target. Unlike common projectors that magnify the image, I need to reduce the image size from 0.1 to 0.02 x the original image.
I will be projecting the image using about 100 watts of UV LED light to expose a photo sensitive material on the surface of the target.
I need someone to calculate the necessary lenses to achieve this image reduction. I need the specifications of the lens(es) necessary, as well as the distance from the film negative to the first lens, distance from lens 1 to the next lens, etc, then from last lens to the target. I must be able to adjust this setup to achieve reductions from 0.1 to 0.02, as well as focus the image on the target to get best possible focus.

I do not need detailed drawings, just a sketch showing the above information. I MUST have this sketch with all distances from each element and lens, referring to the target as distance zero. Plus, I either need sufficient technical information on each lens to find a purchasing source, OR a part number, and supplier information so I can buy the necessary lenses.

I have VERY limited knowledge of optics, so the information mentioned in the above paragraph must be clear and does not assume optics knowledge on my part.
