UiPath Invoice Data Extraction
Budget: £250 – £750 GBP
I need a UiPath-based solution that takes care of end-to-end data extraction and processing for our document workflow. All documents arrive as scanned images or PDF or Email , so the robot must apply reliable OCR, capture the key fields we specify, perform basic validation rules, and output the data in a clean, structured format ready for downstream posting.
You are free to leverage UiPath Document Understanding, Intelligent OCR, or any other UiPath package you find effective. What matters is accuracy, maintainability, and that the workflow can be retrained or retuned easily when we onboard new invoice layouts.
Deliverables
• A documented UiPath project (.xaml, config files, assets) that runs unattended
• Clear setup instructions plus a short video or annotated screenshots showing the robot in action
• A sample output file (Excel or CSV) produced from the supplied image set
• Brief guidance on how to add new invoice templates or tweak extraction rules
Acceptance criteria: 95 %+ field-level accuracy on the provided test batch of scanned invoices, zero unattended exceptions in a 100-invoice run, and deployment instructions that an RPA analyst with basic UiPath knowledge can follow.
If you enjoy squeezing data out of tricky scans and have proven UiPath experience, this task should fit you perfectly.
