Transcribe PDF Forms to Sheets

I have a collection of PDF forms whose typed-in text needs to be captured exactly and placed into a well-structured Google Sheet. Each form follows the same layout, so every entry should map consistently to the same set of columns. The data will feed a statistical analysis later on, meaning accuracy is critical—spelling, line breaks, and field order must mirror the source.

You will open each PDF, extract the text from every form field, and paste or type it into the corresponding cell of the shared Google Sheet I provide. No numbers or calculations are involved; it is pure text transfer. Once finished, a quick spot-check across a sample of records must show 100 % field completion and correct alignment with the header row before we can call the task complete.

If you prefer to speed things up with an OCR tool, that is fine as long as the end result is spotless.
