Text Book Entry

I have a batch of textbook pages that were scanned as images. Each page combines typed passages, handwritten notes in the margins, tables, and assorted numbers. I need every element—words, figures, formulas—transcribed into clean, editable files.

Here’s the scope:
• Typed text must be re-created with the same hierarchy of headings, paragraphs, and bullet points.
• Handwritten annotations and corrections are just as important; please type them in line or as clearly labeled side notes.
• Tables and numeric data should go into a spreadsheet (Excel or Google Sheets) so totals can be double-checked.

Accuracy is critical; OCR tools are fine for a first pass, but I expect a full human review to eliminate misreads, especially with the handwriting. Deliver the final Word document(s) and spreadsheet, ready for immediate use. Let me know your estimated turnaround and any earlier samples of similar mixed data entry work.
