Scanned PDF Conversion & Formatting

I’ve got a stack of scanned PDFs that need to be turned into editable Word and Excel files for day-to-day business use. Your job is to handle the full conversion process—from accurate text extraction (OCR) to clean re-typing where the scan quality is low—then lay everything out in a consistent, standard business format.

Accuracy matters more than speed, yet I do have firm deadlines, so I’m looking for someone who can balance both. If you’re comfortable working with tools like Adobe Acrobat, ABBYY, or similar OCR software and are confident you can preserve tables, headings, and overall structure without introducing errors, let’s talk.

The final deliverables will be Word and Excel files that match the original content while following our standard business styling, ready for immediate internal use and archiving.
