RPA Developer for Accounting Data Entry Bot

Job Post: RPA Developer Needed – Data Entry Automation Bot (Fixed Rs. 10,000)

Project Overview:
We are building a smart automation system (AI + RPA) for accounting tasks for our clients. For the first step, we need a Data Entry Bot that can extract data from invoices, bills, receipts, and forms, and enter it into accounting software (Zoho Books / Tally/Excel initially. Quick Books & Xero later).

Scope of Work:

Build an automation bot (Python/RPA – Robocorp, BotPath, or equivalent).

OCR extraction from documents (PDF, scanned, handwritten where possible).

Simple data mapping (Invoice No, Date, Vendor Name, Amount, GST, etc.).

Configurable fields: Bot should read a JSON/config file to know what fields to capture (so same bot works for different clients).

Bot should be able to log in and enter data into Zoho Books/Tally/Excel (like a human)

Provide a simple log/report after each run (entries done, errors if any).

Deliverables:

Fully working Data Entry Bot for one client setup.

Clear documentation on how to configure fields for new clients.

Source code + setup instructions.

Budget: Rs. 10,000 (fixed, for Data Entry Bot only)
More bots (Reconciliation, Controller, Audit, etc.) will be given if this works well. Long-term opportunity.

Skills Required:

Robocorp platform knowledge

Python / RPA development

OCR tools (Tesseract, EasyOCR, etc.)
OCR + RPA → enter into Zoho/Tally/Excel.

Experience with Zoho Books/Tally ERP automation is a plus

Good documentation.
