Printed Documents to Professional PDFs

I have a set of text-based documents that currently exist only in printed form. I will supply clean scans (or well-lit photos, if that proves faster) and need each one turned into a polished, professionally formatted PDF.

Please recreate the layout so it reads like an original digital file, not a scan. Use a formal, corporate look—think consistent margins, clear hierarchy, and embedded fonts ready for any board-room presentation. My company logo and basic brand colours must appear on the cover page and in a discreet footer so the file carries our identity without overwhelming the content.

Final deliverables: a separate, print-ready PDF for every document plus the working source file you build them in (Word, InDesign or similar—your choice). Each PDF should open at 100 % zoom with selectable text, bookmarking where section breaks naturally occur, and no stray artefacts from the scan process.
