Printed Docs to PDF/Word

I have a batch of printed, text-only documents that I need reproduced accurately in digital form. Each page should be converted into a clean, searchable file—either PDF or DOCX—without altering the original layout, fonts, or spacing.

What I will supply
• High-resolution scans or photographs of the printed pages

What I expect back
• One PDF or Word file per source document, faithfully mirroring the original formatting
• OCR applied so the text is fully selectable and editable
• No added styling or reflow; everything should look exactly like the source

Quality is more important than speed, but an efficient turnaround is appreciated. Let me know how many pages you can process per day and any tools (Adobe Acrobat, ABBYY FineReader, etc.) you prefer to use so I can plan the hand-off.
