Precise Scan-to-Word Conversion
Budget: $10 – $30 AUD
I have a collection of scanned, printed-text documents that must be recreated in Microsoft Word so they look exactly like the originals. Every page includes tables, graphic boxes, and both headers and footers, so those elements have to be rebuilt faithfully—not approximated.
The job is straightforward: use reliable OCR plus manual typing, then format in Word so margins, fonts, spacing, and page breaks match page for page. Tables must keep their cell sizes and alignment, graphic call-outs should sit in the same positions, and header/footer content must mirror the scans. The words must be EXACTLY the same as the original.
53 pages total
Deliverable: one editable .docx file, ready for immediate use and printing with no visible layout drift. Accuracy in both text and formatting is the key success measure.
