Powerautomate OCR 2 SQL 2 web form

I want to export a PDF with demographics from our cloud-based software, read the text from that PDF (preferably store it in a SQL database), and use that text to populate demographic information on an existing worksheet, I then want to scan in that worksheet and, use a Microsoft power automate AI model (or another - open to suggestions) to extract the worksheet details (including handwriting OCR), store it into a SQL database, and use that information to create sentences of text which can be inputted back into a data field on our cloud based software using UI interaction functions in power automate desktop. I've built most of this but I need someone to take me across the finish line as I am not a pro.
