Paper Data Entry into Excel

I have a set of paper documents that contain both text and numerical information. I need every line transferred accurately into a clean, well-structured Excel workbook, keeping the original order and formatting wherever possible. Your job is pure data entry—no formulas or analysis are required—yet I expect absolute accuracy on spelling, numbers, and placement of each field.

You will receive scanned PDFs of the pages; you can work with manual typing or any OCR tool you trust, as long as the final spreadsheet is error-free and ready for me to sort or pivot later. A spot-check of random rows must show 100 % consistency with the source papers before I consider the task complete.

Deliverable:
• One Excel file (.xlsx) containing all mixed text and number fields exactly as they appear on the documents.
