There are 150 pages of mixed-format documents—some handwritten notes, some printed text sheets, and a batch of scanned images—that all contain a blend of text, numbers, and several embedded tables. I need every piece of that information transferred into a single, well-structured Excel workbook.
The source pages do not share a uniform layout, so each page will require careful reading and, where helpful, selective use of OCR or similar tools before the data is re-typed or pasted into its proper column. My end goal is a clean spreadsheet with consistent column headers, no transcription errors, and every table accurately rebuilt in its original order.
Acceptance criteria
• One .xlsx file containing 150 fully translated pages of data
• Text fields match source wording exactly (spelling preserved where relevant)
• Numerical values double-checked for accuracy
• Tables reproduced with correct row/column relationships
• Spot-check of ten random pages shows zero errors
