PDF scraping and pasting

I have 4 pdf files. Three are where the source information is located and the fourth is where the Radio buttons are located to select the choices found in the source pdfs. In some cases the source information is alphanumeric (name, date of exam, Heart Rate) while in other cases it is the position of a dot over a specific letter and color (A, B, C, D, E, F). The program must identify the source information, copy and paste it to the 4th (summary) pdf as well as identify the source information and select the appropriate radio button selection to fill in the 4th (summary) pdf. Attached is an example of a source pdf with the required information highlighted and a copy of the summary pdf with the radio buttons that need selection.
