I need the text from a series of PDFs reproduced in an editable Word document, matching the original layout as closely as possible. Although the main focus is body text, some pages include tables with merged cells and other complex structures; those tables must be rebuilt faithfully inside Word so the document remains fully editable.
Accuracy matters more than speed. Every heading, paragraph break, and punctuation mark has to carry over exactly, and table content must sit in the correct rows and columns without loss of information. A quick spot-check will be run with Adobe Acrobat against the final .docx to confirm nothing was missed.
