PDF Text to Excel Entry

I have a collection of PDF files that contain plain text and I need every line keyed into an Excel workbook with complete accuracy. The job is entirely text-based—no numbers, formulas, or calculations—just clean typing and light data tidying where obvious (removing stray line breaks or double spaces).

Please mirror the original layout as closely as an Excel sheet allows: each paragraph in its own row and consistent column use throughout the file so the final .xlsx is ready for filtering or sorting later. I’m fine if you rely on OCR to speed things up, but human proofreading is mandatory; I’ll spot-check for perfect spelling and formatting.

Deliverable
• One Excel file (.xlsx) containing all text from the supplied PDFs, formatted as described and free of errors.

If anything in the PDFs looks ambiguous, flag it in a comment cell rather than guessing so we can resolve it quickly. Looking forward to a crisp, accurate spreadsheet.
