PDF Number Tables to Excel

Job ID: 40246370

Budget: €12 – €18 EUR

I have a scanned PDF, between 11 and 50 pages long, that contains purely numerical data laid out in clear rows and columns. I need every digit lifted from those tables and placed into an Excel spreadsheet so the structure mirrors the original layout exactly.

Because the file is scanned, OCR alone is not reliable; I’m counting on careful manual verification for 100 % accuracy. You’re free to use any combination of tools—Adobe Acrobat, ABBYY FineReader, or plain copy-type—as long as the final workbook is spotless and ready for analysis.

Deliverables
• One .xlsx file replicating every table, sheet-by-sheet if multiple tables exist on a page
• Consistent formatting (same column order, headings reproduced, no extra blank rows)
• Spot-check log or brief note highlighting any illegible figures you encounter

Acceptance criteria
• All numbers match the source when cross-checked at random
• No transposed, omitted, or extra values
• File opens without warnings in the current version of Excel

Let me know your turnaround time and a short note on how you’ll keep accuracy high.
