PDF to Excel Data Entry

I have a collection of PDFs that need to be turned into a clean, structured spreadsheet. Your job is straightforward but demands precision: extract every data point from each PDF page and place it into the columns I will provide in an Excel template (CSV is fine, too).

You will receive:
• All source PDFs
• A sample row that shows the exact column order and formatting I expect

Deliverables:
• One final spreadsheet containing 100 % of the data, fully checked for typos, missing rows, or shifted columns
• A brief note outlining any unreadable fields or anomalies you encountered during entry

I handle reviews quickly, so as soon as the file passes a spot-check for accuracy and alignment with the template, I release payment and leave feedback. If you are comfortable with meticulous copy-typing or reliable OCR cleanup and can turn this around on time, let’s get started.
