I have several PDFs that contain a mixture of text and numeric information. I need every piece of that mixed data accurately transferred into an Excel workbook. I’m flexible on layout—single-column sheets, multi-column worksheets, or full table format are all perfectly fine as long as the content stays clear and searchable.
For presentation, please apply the standard touches that make a spreadsheet easy to read:

• Cell shading where it improves legibility

If you have a better formatting idea, feel free to use it—clean structure matters more to me than any one style. You may rely on the usual tools (Adobe Acrobat, OCR utilities, Microsoft Excel) so long as the final file opens flawlessly in the latest desktop Excel.
