PDF 24 Business Cards in English and Japanese to Excel

I have a PDF files with 24 business cards and need the English and Japanese to be transfered into a clean Excel sheet so I can import the contacts into my CRM without manual re-typing.

Here’s what has to come across from each card:
• Name
• Job title
• Company name
• Direct phone number and mobile phone number
• Email address
• Physical address

Lay everything out in a standard column format—one row per card, one clearly labeled column per data point. Accuracy is key, so I’ll spot-check against the PDF; inconsistencies or missing fields will need correcting before final hand-off.

I’m fine with whatever method you prefer—OCR software, manual typing, or a mix—as long as the end result is an error-free .xlsx file ready for upload.

When you send the finished spreadsheet, include the individual logo images (or a sub-folder with indexed files) so I can match them easily.

That’s the whole scope. Looking forward to handing this off and getting a polished Excel sheet back.
