I have a set of Word documents and a smaller collection of scanned images that contain key text-based information I must migrate into web forms. Your task is two-fold:
• Extract the required text data from each Word file (no numerical or contact fields—just the core written content I highlight).
• Run basic OCR on the scanned images, capture the plain text, and then enter everything into the corresponding online form fields with 100 % accuracy.
I will provide:
1. A folder of Word documents.
2. JPEG/PDF scans.
3. A link plus credentials for the live forms, along with a brief field-by-field guide.
You return:
• All web forms fully populated and submitted.
• A confirmation sheet (Excel or Google Sheet) listing each document name, date submitted, and any notes where source text was unclear so I can audit quickly.
Attention to detail is crucial—formatting, spelling, line breaks, and field order must mirror the originals. Familiarity with basic OCR tools (Adobe Acrobat, Tesseract, or similar) and a fast, stable internet connection will help you finish faster. If you spot an ambiguous section in a scan, flag it before entering so we avoid rework.
